Monday Montage 13
February 16, 2014
Welcome to the Monday Montage Blog Hop! My fellow crafters and I have some wonderful projects in store for you this week.
The card I'm sharing for the hop was made for my husband on Valentine's day. It is definitely not my best work, but it makes me smile.
I used a cut file that I purchased from the Silhouette online store to create the bacon image and greeting.
To kick it up a notch, I decided to make it a tilt card. My bacon actually shakes!
Tilt Card tutorial in 4 easy steps:
- Use Circle Framelits and Big Shot to cut a circle in the middle of Whisper White card stock.
- Adhere a penny to the back of the bacon die cut with tombow glue and allow to dry. Punch out a 1" circle of Basic Black card stock and adhere a penny to the center. Once dry, apply a dimensional to each penny.
- Stamp card stock as desired.
- Peel backing off dimensionals. Place punched circle behind the opening in the Whisper White card stock. Adhere the bacon die cut to the punched circle.
Now you have your very own Shakin' Bacon!
