Exciting Changes!

Good things come to those who wait....about a year ago, I decided that I wanted to do a complete overhaul of my "web presence".....not just my blog, but all of my other sites, too.  I did a lot of research before I selected a designer and I am so happy that I chose Veronica at VK Design Company.  Over the next few days, you will see some of the design changes to this blog.  Let me know what you think.

As if it hasn't been busy enough "behind the scenes", I'm also preparing for a full weekend of stamping and romance.  Friday night will be the Cupcake Cuties stamp-a-stack.  We'll be making 8 cards, 2 each of 4 designs, featuring the Create-a-Cupcake stamp set and the Build-a-Cupcake punch in the Occasions mini catalog.  Here is one of the cards my class attendess will make:

STAMP SET:  Something to Celebrate (Level 2 Hostess Set)

INK:  Chocolate Chip

PAPER:  Crumb Cake, Whisper White, Real Red, Chocolate Chip, Neutrals DSP, Red Glimmer Paper, Love Patterns DSP (Item #124156  $9.95---only available until February 14)

ACCESSORIES:  Build-a-Cupcake punch, Red 1/8" taffeta ribbon

I'll share the rest of the cards soon.  On Saturday, I've teamed up with several other local demonstrators to host a downline meeting.  It has been a while since we've had a meeting, and I suspect we'll have a great time.  I've got to finish up some swaps and it looks like the card above might end up being my swap card, too.

My hubby has promised me a romantic evening on Saturday night for Valentine's Day.  He isn't telling me much about his plans, but he has arranged for the kids to go to grandma' better be good!  :0)

I will have more exciting changes to share with you over the next few weeks.  I've been listening to your emails and comments to develop some products and services that I believe you'll truly enjoy.  Be sure to subscribe to this blog so that you don't miss out!

My Digital Studio Desktop Calendar

I recieved my calendar made with the 2011 Notable Desktop Calendar Digital Download a few weeks ago, and finally took some pictures to share.  I can't believe how cute it turned out!

One side features the scrapbooking layout and the other side features the calendar.

Here is a side view:

The easel is very sturdy black cardboard and has a nice, elegant look.

My favorite layouts---February & July---but really, I like them all!

So, it honestly took me 30 minutes to complete this calendar and order it through Stampin' Up!  The templates are great and all I had to do was select my favorite photos.  I'll definitely be making some of these as gifts for Christmas this year!  And now is a great time to can complete a page each month and have it ready to print at the beginning of December.  You can print as many copies as you like and be done with your gift-giving in a matter of minutes.

If you don't own My Digital Studio, then now is the perfect time to order it.  You'll receive a FREE sale-a-bration item with your order, and I'll continue to share more projects throughout the year to inspire you.

You can also use the individual downloads with most photo-editing programs that you already have on your computer.  If you are interested in this particular download, you can purchase it here.
